What are the Documents Required for Trademark Registration in India?

Trademark registration in India is an important legal activity you should do in order to make sure your mark is protected. However prior to even applying for the registration of this mark, you need together the documents required for trademark registration in the correct manner. If you are an individual or sole proprietorship company

If you are a partnership/Limited Liability partnership/ a company or a small Startup or enterprise

The documents that you are required to submit if you are any of the above entities are as follows:

1. You need to submit a copy of the logo or the word mark that you want to register.
2. Again, you will need to provide a signed form-48.
3. Either the partnership deed or the incorporation certificate.
4. Identity proof of the applicant.
5. Address proof of the applicant.
