Step 1: Visit the website of Udyam Registration.

Step 2: Click on the three dots above the right corner.

Step 3: Click on ‘Print/Verify’ and choose the ‘Print Udyam Certificate’ option.

Step 4: Enter your 19-digit Udhyam Registration Number (i.e. UDYAM-XX-00-0000000).

Step 5: Enter the Mobile Number filled in during the Udyam application.

Step 6: Choose any one option for OTP out of Mobile and Email.

Step 7: Click on ‘Validate & Generate OTP’, and you will receive an OTP on your selected option.

Step 8: Enter OTP correctly and then click on the ‘Validate OTP & Login’ button.

Step 9: Once you log in, you can finally download Udyam certificate PDF.

How to Verify Udyam Registration Number?

To verify udyam registration number, follow the below steps:

Step 1: Visit the Udyam Registration website and click on the ‘Print/Verify’ option.

Step 2: Choose ‘Verify Udyam Registration Number’.

Step 3: Enter the Registration/ Reference Number and Captcha code.

Step 4: Click on verify, and the details regarding your Udhyam registration will appear on the screen.

1. Collateral-Free Bank Loans

As per Section 15 of MSMED Act 2006, businesses must make payments to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) within 45 days, provided that there is a written agreement in place. If no written agreement exists, payment should be made within a period of 15 days.

In case of delay, the buyer has to pay the compensation in the form of interest that is calculated at a rate three times higher than that specified by the Reserve Bank of India.
