Employment History: Co-Founder & CEO at Zepto (Apr 2021 - Present), Founder & CEO (till Mar 2021), Founder at GoPool (May 2018 to Apr 2020) and Project Lead at PryvaSee (Jul 2019 - Mar 2020).

2. Kaivalya Vohra

Date of Birth: March 15, 2003  Age: 22 in 2025 Nationality: Indian Education: Completed schooling from Dubai college. Attended Stanford University for Computer Science but dropped out to focus on Zepto. Employment History: Co-Founder at Zepto (Apr 2021 - Present), CTO and Founder at KiranaKart (May 2020 - Mar 2021).

Zepto Revenue & IPO Details

Zepto reported a major revenue increase that rose 149.4% to Rs. 11,110 crore in the financial year 2025 (FY25), compared to Rs. 4,454 crore in FY24. This impressive growth was supported by an investment of Rs. 7.5 crore from Elcid Investments - a Mumbai-based NBFC. With this funding, Elcid Investments acquired a 0.039% stake in Zepto. 

Earlier this year in May, Motilal Oswal and Raamdeo Agrawal (the co-founders of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd) had purchased Zepto shares worth $100 million. Each of them invested $50 million. 

As of now, Zepto has filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DHRP) yet. However, according to sources, the company plans to go public either in late 2025 or early 2026. In January of this year, Zepto moved its domicile from Singapore to India to comply with listing regulations.
