• Photo Identity of applicant: The food business provider should provide photo ID such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, etc

• Proof of Possession of the premises where the food business is to be conducted: This can either be a rental agreement or a sales deed depending upon the owner of the property.

• Partnership Deed in case of partnership form

• Company Incorporation Certificate in case of company registered under the Companies Act 2013.

• Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association, in case of a company.

• List of food products that the FBO is dealing with

• A plan that represents the food management system of FBO.

• Authorization letters as applicable like No Objection Certificate from local authority for food manufacturers.

• Bank account details.

• Any other document required by FSSAI.
