To help the consumers reduce their total monthly bill, the app suggests an optimum configuration i.e. combination of Channels/Bouquet on the basis of the consumer’s selection. TRAI MyCall app was launched in the same year as the TRAI Channel Selector app. The TRAI MyCall is a call quality feedback app. It was launched in 2017 to collect direct feedback from users regarding the quality of calls. After each call, the app displays pop-ups asking users to rate the call’s quality from 1 to 5.
1 is the lowest rating and 5 is the highest. This data can be seen on a map in real-time. Using this app, the users can also find out the call quality other users around them are experiencing.
