The DDA, through this initiative, intends to facilitate home ownership for individuals who have contributed and continue to contribute to nation building and economic growth of India.

Under this latest DDA scheme 2026, more than 1,200 ready-to-move flats will be available in 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK categories at discounted prices. Location Benefits and Key Features of Project

The project is situated in Pocket-11, Sector A1-A4 in Narela, which is rapidly becoming one of Delhi's fastest-growing urban corridors. According to DDA, this area boasts strong road and public transport connectivity and is experiencing the development of significant educational, institutional and sports infrastructure. This makes it an attractive destination for homebuyers and long-term investors alike.

The housing complex is located approximately 1.2 km from the upcoming Metro station, 1.9 km from the proposed Rapid Rail Transit System (RRTS) station, 2 km from the Narela Sports Complex, 5 km from the upcoming Education Hub and 9.2 km from the proposed Integrated Sports Stadium. Additionally, it is just 500 meters from Urban Extension Road-I, 1.1 km from GT Karnal Road and 6.15 km from Urban Extension Road-II. The project is surrounded by lush green landscapes and overlooks the Mamurpur Forest. It offers a well-connected as well as a peaceful living environment.

The Delhi Development Authority reported that the rising demand for homes in Narela is evident from its recent sales figures. During Q1 of current financial year, the DDA sold 1,284 flats and generated over Rs. 1,020 crore in revenue. Of these, 1,153 flats (i.e., nearly 90 percent of total sales) were sold in Narela Sub-city.

The scheme offers several buyer-friendly features. All flats are freehold. This means that there are no restrictions on existing property ownership. Additionally, adjoining flats can be combined in accordance with DDA regulations. The entire booking process will be conducted online via DDA Awaas Portal.
