The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) opened the e-auction registration window Premium Housing Scheme 2025 today, i.e., 26 August 2025, at 11 am. The portal allows users to register for e-auction for ready-to-move-in flats in prime locations across the national capital.
As per a report by Times of India, as many as 250 flats will be available through e-auction. Individuals who are interested in apartments in the Delhi-NCR region must visit the official website, eservices.dda.org.in, to register.
According to the official website, “Last date of Online Registration for participating in e-auction & submission of online EMD 24.09.2025 6:00PM e-Auction Final Submission of Application 26.09.2025 6:00PM.”
Available locations for these High-Income Group (HIG), Mid-Income Group (MIG), Low-Income Group (LIG) and Expandable Housing Scheme (EHS) flats include Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka and Pitampura among others. Applicants can only book these freehold apartments through the e-auction mode. The reason is that there is no provision for offline applications.
The flats are situated in prime locations such as Pocket 9B in Jasola and sectors 16B and 19B in Dwarka, with a total of 311 HIG, MIG, and LIG flats available. For more information, interested buyers should refer to the brochure available at DDA website.
Few days back, on Janmashtami’s occasion, DDA posted on X, “On the auspicious day of #Janmashtami, DDA announces 'Premium Housing Scheme 2025' with Ready-to-move-in flats.”
The DDA PHS 2025, on 11 July 2025, received a greenlight at the time of DDA meeting led by LG VK Saxena. DDA said, “The scheme also includes 16 car garages in Pitampura and 51 scooter garages across Mall Road and Ashok Vihar, offering comprehensive options for both housing and parking in some of Delhi's most prominent localities.”
According a report by the Hindustan Times, the price bands for High Income Group (HIG) Flats, Mid Income Groups (MIG) Flats and Low Income Group (LIG) Flats are as follows:
HIG Flats are likely to be offered at a reserved price band between Rs. 1.64 crore and Rs. 2.54 crore. They will be located in Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, and Jasola Sector 9-B.
MIG (Middle-Income Group) flats are expected to be offered at a reserved price ranging from Rs. 60 lakh to Rs. 1.5 crore. These flats will be spread across Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagari, Dwarka and Pitampura.
LIG (Lower-Income Group) flats are likely to be available at a reserved price between Rs. 39 lakh and Rs. 54 lakh. These flats will be located in Rohini.
Additionally, the cost of SFS (Self-Financed Scheme) Category-II flats is expected to lie in the range of Rs. 90 lakh to Rs. 1.07 crore. The Expandable Housing Scheme (EHS) flats are expected to be priced at approx. Rs. 38.7 lakh.
Depending on the type and location, car garages are likely to have a reserved price around Rs. 3.17 lakh, while scooter garages are likely to be priced at approx. Rs. 43 lakh.
