On 15 April 2026, Shri. M. Nagaraju, IAS, Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, launched the new LIC’s Customer App called ‘MyLIC’ and the mobile App for the sales intermediaries called ‘LIC’s Super Sales Saathi’. The launch event was attended by CEO & MD Shri R. Doraiswamy, Managing Directors Shri Dinesh Pant, Shri Ratnakar Patnaik, and Shri R. Chander along with the senior management of LIC of India in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
LIC’s apps play an important role in improving service efficiency and keeping up with the changing life insurance market trends. The MyLIC app combines policy services, claims support, payments, documents and customer interaction into one easy-to-use platform. It helps reduce paperwork to a great extent and allows policyholders to manage their policies much more easily.
The LIC Super Sales Saathi app helps LIC’s intermediaries and field staff work more efficiently as well as confidently. It supports them from onboarding to servicing by empowering them with digital tools for marketing insights, performance tracking, customer insights and policy management.

They can track policy benefits in real time.
They can avail paperless policy loan using the MyLIC App.

The app users can easily explore and purchase LIC policies online in a simple, fast and entirely digital manner.
The app offers fast, secure & paperless e-KYC.

Using the super sales saathi app, the LIC staff can conduct real-time policy status tracking.
They get automated reminders for follow-ups.
