On 13 August 2025, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Third Party Evaluation of Corporate Data Management (CDM) Central Sector Scheme. The objective of the evaluation is to check the effectiveness and efficiency as well as the impact of the scheme in achieving its intended goals. Additionally, the evaluation aims to develop strategies for transitioning the CDM to a self-sustaining model.

The Corporate Data Management (CDM) Central Sector Scheme was launched in the 2015-16 fiscal year. The purpose of the scheme is to establish an in-house Data Mining and Data Analytics facility that will enhance the MCA21 data repository by transforming statutory filings into a statistical data warehouse system. In addition to this, the scheme intends to develop an advanced Data Analytics hub for the Ministry.

The MCA is welcoming proposals for the third-party evaluation of the Corporate Data Management Scheme through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) - National Public Procurement Portal. It is looking for national agencies, firms, organizations or institutions that possess the required experience in this field as described in the RFP.

Interested applicants are invited to submit their responses to the RFP via GeM by no later than 16 September 2025. For complete details, we request you to visit the official MCA portal and check the complete PDF there.
