The PM Vishwakarma Haat 2026, Exhibition Timings and Last Date

On 18 January 2026, Shri Jitan Ram Manjhi, Union Minister for MSME, inaugurated the PM Vishwakarma Haat 2026 organized by the Ministry of MSME at Dilli Haat, INA, New Delhi. At the inauguration, the Minister of State for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and Labour & Employment, Sushri Shobha Karandlaje was present. Ambassadors of Iraq and Rwanda, senior officials of the Ministry of MSME, representatives from States and Union Territories, artisans and other stakeholders were also present at the event.

While addressing the gathering, Shri Jitan Ram Manjhi highlighted the PM Vishwakarma Scheme’s achievements. He extended his congratulations to the team for organizing the exhibition. He said, “PM Vishwakarma provides a  valuable platform to artisans from village-level backgrounds to sell their products and it is a commendable effort.” 

Additionally, he explained Vishakarma's importance and appreciated the vision behind the scheme. He stated that the scheme, under the successful and dynamic leadership of PM Shri Modi, is providing a platform for every Vishwakarma in the country to access markets as well as contribute to the development of India.

The Minister of State for MSME, Sushri Shobha Karandlaje, while speaking on the occasion said that, “Under the visionary leadership of the Prime Minister, the PM Vishwakarma initiative has achieved significant milestones. It is truly encouraging to witness the participation of over 117 artisans from various States and Union Territories on the platform of PM Vishwakarma Haat.” 

She further added that the PM Vishwakarma connects the artisans in villages by providing them with an enabling platform. The platform opens pathways for them in the global markets. She said these achievements are a result of the Government of India’s sustained efforts and the Ministry of MSME’s dedicated work. 

Shri S.C.L. Das, Secretary of the Ministry of MSME, highlighted the PM Vishwakarma initiative as a significant program that showcases the Vishwakarmas rich and diverse potential. He stated that this potential truly reflects the Virasat se Vikas vision. He emphasized how skillful Vishwakarmas are when it comes to preserving their traditional expertise empowered by the leadership of PMr Shri Modi who has provided them with a strong and supportive platform. 

Dr. Rajneesh, Additional Secretary and Development Commissioner of the Ministry of MSME, discussed the achievements of the PM Vishwakarma Scheme. He stated that Vishwakarmas are the engines driving the growth of the Indian economy. He elaborated on the benefits of the scheme and explained how it is creating enhanced marketing opportunities for artisans. 

During the Haat, cultural programs and folk dance performances were showcased to represent the Bihar and Rajasthan states’ themes. The programs as well as the performances added vibrancy and celebrated the rich cultural diversity of our nation. The PM Vishwakarma Haat 2026 at Dilli Haat will continue till 31 January 2026. This event is celebrating India’s rich tradition of craftsmanship with great enthusiasm as well as splendor. 

The exhibition will be open to the public daily (10:30 AM to 10:00 PM). More than 117 artisans from all states and Union Territories are participating in PM Vishwakarma Haat 2026, making it a pan-India representation of traditional crafts. The exhibition features handcrafted products, live craft demonstrations, and immersive cultural experiences that reflect the spirit of Vishwakarma Ka Abhiyaan, Viksit Bharat Ka Nirman.

The PM Vishwakarma scheme offers a multitude of benefits to the artisans in India. Some of them are issuance of PM Vishwakarma Identity Card & Certificate, skill training with a stipend of Rs. 500 / per day and a toolkit incentive amounting up to Rs. 15,000. Beneficiaries of the scheme are also eligible for collateral-free loans of up to Rs. 3 lakh, along with incentives for the adoption of online transactions. Additionally, the scheme supports artisans through marketing assistance via product branding, packaging and e-commerce enablement.
