YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025: All You Need To Know

For those who are wondering, YEIDA full form is Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. Recently, YEIDA launched the YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025. The scheme provides individuals and businesses an opportunity to build homes and establish industries close to Noida Airport. 

Under this scheme, a total of 55 plots are being offered in Sector 29, Sector 32 and Sector 33 in Noida. With plans for a park specifically for the production of toys, clothing, and furniture, this program encourages ecologically responsible businesses. 

Applications from interested parties are accepted until 29 May 2025. Fifty plots up to 8,000 square meters and five larger plots are part of the industrial property scheme; the largest plot has the highest premium i.e., Rs 22.91 crore.

The accessible plots serve a variety of sectors, such as the manufacturing of toys, clothing, furniture, and handicrafts. Furthermore, the program facilitates widespread industrial application, enabling a broad spectrum of businesses, including telecommunications equipment, X-ray machine manufacture, and pulse mills. Plots up to 8,000 square meters will be allocated through an electronic auction in July.

In a separate announcement, YEIDA outlined a Rs 13 crore budget for a range of urban and rural municipal projects. The purpose of this financing is to respond to locals' requests for better parks, roads, and drainage systems. This budget will concentrate on finishing up unfinished development projects, especially in Sector 18, where drainage problems are common, according to YEIDA CEO Arunveer Singh.

In addition, Shahpur village's internal development, including basic utilities like water, electricity, roads, and sewage systems, would be improved through a Rs 2.68 crore tender. With a budget of Rs 34 lakh, work will also be done on the boundary wall along the 45-meter road in Sector 20.
