Yuva Shakti Bharosa Card Application and Eligibility

For the West Bengal assembly elections 2026, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) announced the Yuva Shakti Bharosa Card as a pre-poll campaign-focused initiative. This initiative promises financial assistance of Rs. 3000/month to unemployed youth.

It basically serves as a trust card to empower the young people in West Bengal and combat youth migration due to lack of employment opportunities. On 4 May 2026, the BJP won the assembly elections. Therefore, it is expected that the scheme will be implemented in the next few months.

What is Yuva Shakti Bharosa Card Yojana?

Yuva Shakti Bharosa Card Yojana is a scheme that was announced by BJP as a poll promise during the West Bengal assembly elections 2026. The key purpose of this scheme can be understood with the help of the below-mentioned points.:

  • To offer financial assistance to unemployed young people.

  • To help them cover their daily expenses like food, travel, etc.

  • To give them sufficient time so they can look for jobs or small work opportunities.

This scheme is often associated with the promise of providing Rs. 3,000 per month for unemployed educated youth. Because of this reason, many people in West Bengal refer to this scheme as the BJP 3000 scheme. It is expected that the scheme will reduce the necessity of migrating outside the state for seeking jobs.

By providing financial assistance to unemployed youth, the scheme will help ease the burden of their families and support them in becoming financially independent while they search for stable employment opportunities.

Has the YuvaShakti Yojana Online Registration started?

As of now, the Yuva Shakti Yojana online registration has not started. It was announced as a poll promise during the elections. However, now that BJP has won the 2026 WB elections and defeated the leading opposition party TMC, it is expected that there will soon be an official announcement regarding the Yuva shakti scheme apply online registration process.

As of now, there is no official portal for this specific scheme. So, it is best that you avoid sharing your information on unknown platforms online. Many individuals give away their personal information online and get scammed or duped by fake websites / unauthorized agents claiming to offer early registration or guaranteed benefits under the scheme.
