  • Part A :- The A Part of SPICe+ web form is used for name reservation of a new company. In this part, you need to provide relevant information like type of company, class of company, category of company, sub-category of company, particulars of proposed name, etc.

  • Part B :- The B Part of the form is used for Company Incorporation, Application for DIN, PAN Application, TAN Application, GSTIN Application, EPFO Registration, ESIC Registration, Opening of Bank Account for the Company, Profession Tax Registration (for Karnataka, West Bengal and Maharashtra). In this part, you need to enter details like total authorized share capital, description of equity share capital, address of company, particulars of subscribers, etc. You must also attach documents like memorandum of association and articles of association in Part B. 

You can file Part A and Part B simultaneously. Alternatively, you can file Part A first, and then wait for name reservation. After successful name reservation, you can proceed to file Part B.
