The IIBF portal does not allow individuals to download JAIIB e-certificate from mobile devices. So, individuals can only download it from their Desktop/Laptop.
You will only be able to download the e-certificate once it has been processed, digitally signed and sent to your registered email by the Institute.
If there are any issues during processing, such as discrepancies in your photo or signature, the e-certificate will not be available for download.
After downloading, it is recommended that you securely save and back up the certificate file.
Please note that the e-certificate can be downloaded a maximum of three times only. Therefore, you must make sure you keep your e-certificate in a safe place so that you do not lose it. You can also take a print out of it.
